Nominations Call for Repak Member Board Vacancies
We're currently seeking nominations to fill two upcoming vacancies on the Repak Board of Directors. The first for a Regular Brandholder/Importer Member position and the second for a Regular Retailer Member position.
- We invite all eligible Regular Brandholder/Importer Members to submit a nomination for this important role. The elected individual will serve a 4 year term, as documented in the Repak Constitution. Each Regular Brandholder/Importer Member will have one vote in the election.
- We invite all eligible Regular Retail Members to submit a nomination for this important role. The elected individual will serve a 4 year term, as documented in the Repak Constitution. Each Regular Retailer Member will have one vote in the election.
All nominees are subject to review by the Nominations Committee of Repak to ensure they are:
- Full compliant Members of Repak, and
- Qualified to become a director under the provisions of the Companies Act 2014.
Election Process and Timeline
- Nominations open on Monday, 15 September, and will close at 12pm on Friday, 3 October 2025.
- Voting will be conducted electronically, and the election will commence on Monday, 20 October 2025, and will close at 12pm on Friday 7th November 2025.
- The results will be formally announced to all candidates on Tuesday, 11, November 2025.
- The newly appointed Director will be officially welcomed to the Board on Thursday, 4 December 2025.
