Repak ReImagine Challenge Pilot - Competition Terms and Conditions
Entry Details
- Promoter: Real Event Management Ltd, trading as "Real Nation", 94 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2, on behalf of Repak Ireland (Owner, Sponsor and Organiser)

By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any queries can be directed to the Promoter at: repakschools@realnation.ie. The promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions
Eligibility
- Entrants must be registered in a primary school in the Republic of Ireland and participating in the Repak ReImagine Challenge.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and may request proof of registration at any stage of the competition.
- Entrants must complete the Repak ReImagine Challenge whereby they complete the task as outlined in the information sent to schools
- Schools are responsible for obtaining permission for their students to participate and must oversee their involvement.
- Employees, contractors, or associates of Real Nation or Repak Ireland are not eligible to enter.
Entry Submission
- The closing date for entries is 4th June 2025.
- Schools may submit multiple entries, provided each entry meets the competition criteria and includes the required submission details.
- Entries can be submitted by a class group, team or individual.
- Submissions are made by the Teacher on behalf of their participating students.
- Submission form must be completed with a description and photo of their entry.
- Shortlisted schools may be asked to submit their physical entry for final adjudication and exhibition.
- Entries are to be submitted to repak.ie/reimaginechallenge
Adjudication and Judging
- Adjudication and shortlisting will be based on the judges' opinion of submissions that best meet the competition briefs and demonstrate a clear understanding of the learning objectives.
- The judges’ decisions are final, and no correspondence regarding the adjudication process will be entertained.
- The Promoter will notify winners by replying to the email address given when entering the competition.
- In the event a shortlisted entrant cannot be contacted within three days of notification, another entrant will be selected at the judges’ discretion.
Prizes
- Prize winners will be announced before the 16th June
- Prize Pool of up to €1000. This is comprised of 2 x €500 bursaries, 1 for each winning school.
- 1x €500 prize will be allocated to each Repak ReImagine Challenge
- 1x class ‘Goodie Box’ will be provided to each winning school
- Each €500 Bursary will be allocated to the winning school. Schools will be asked to allocate the prize money to Recycling and Sustainability initiatives.
- No cash or alternative prizes will be offered unless prizes are unavailable, in which case substitutions of equal value may be provided.
- The Promoter is not responsible for defective goods or services provided as prizes. Complaints must be addressed to the relevant supplier.
- All prizes will be awarded to the schools and not to individual teachers or students. Except where specified.
Promoter Rights and Responsibilities
- The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or other issues arising from participation in the competition or use of the prizes.
- The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received or delays caused by technical failures or other factors beyond its control.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or to modify, cancel, or terminate the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
- The Promoter reserves the right to store and use submitted materials for promotional and educational purposes, including social media, publications, and press.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions of the competition.
Publicity
- Entrants may be required to participate in publicity activities such as photos, interviews, or videos. Written consent will be obtained from parents/guardians where necessary.
Data Protection
- Data collected for this competition will not be used for any other purpose other than that described in these Terms and Conditions.

- Entrants may withdraw their submission at any time by contacting repakschools@realnation.ie
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Irish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
Privacy Statement
Any information provided by you within your submission for the competition is required for the administration and communications in regard to the REPAK ReImagine Challenge. Your data will be retained and used solely for this purpose. We share your information with Real Event Management Ltd T/A Real Nation to manage the REPAK ReImagine Programme. By submitting an entry for the competition, the entrant acknowledges and agrees that the entry and any subsequent images and media may be featured online and/or reproduced and broadcast (in whole or in part) on media and social channels for promotional and/or educational purposes. The entrant must ensure that everyone appearing in the submission has given their permission to be included.
