Ailish joined  Repak Ltd in 2017 as a membership recruitment executive brining 15 years’ experience in direct B2B Sales, Business Development and Account Management. 

During her first 5 years in Repak Membership was increased by almost 30%. 

Ailish is now responsible for the Recruitment team and continued growth of new members to the scheme.
