Brendan Griffin

Head of Finance and Company Secretary

Brendan was appointed Head of Finance and Company Secretary at Repak Ltd in July 2019. He holds an honours degree in Business Studies from DCU and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 1990.

Brendan has a wide variety of financial and commercial experience including Head of Finance and Company Secretary at Ulster Bank Commercial Services, and more recently, in the music licensing industry, as Head of Finance, and subsequently, Director of Licensing at the Irish Music Rights Organisation (IMRO).

At IMRO, Brendan led a commercially focused sales and legal team and helped deliver constant revenue growth, averaging 5% per annum over his 19 year tenure. He also played a key role in building strategic partnerships with music industry partners, strategy formulation and implementation, change management and organisational development.

At Repak, Brendan is responsible for the Finance, Information Systems and Company Secretarial functions and also holds the role of Data Compliance Manager for all data protection requests.
