Lynn Blake

Financial Controller

Lynn joined Repak as Financial Controller in July 2023. She has a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland. She completed her ACA exams with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland in 2012 and became a fellow of the institute in 2023.
 
Lynn’s career began as an auditor for Grant Thornton where she was responsible for the audit process for businesses across a range of industries and business sizes.  After her time with Grant Thornton, Lynn made the move into industry to work for Clanwilliam Health, formally Helix Health, as their Financial Controller and Company Secretary. There she was a key member of the senior management team and helped guide the company through a period of substantial growth. This included managing corporate acquisitions and refinancing as well as the day-to-day finance needs of the business. Following the successful sale of the company, Lynn commenced work as Financial Controller for Derry Court where she led a large team to oversee all the financial control aspects of the business.
 
Most recently Lynn worked as a Practice Support Manager for The Bar of Ireland. There she led a project to establish a new department to assist members with fee recovery and to provide support on best practice in practice management.

At Repak, Lynn leads the finance team and is responsible for the management of the day-to-day finance activities of the company and ensuring robust financial control processes are in place and adhered to.
